Jeffrey has been working as a junior council member at the AWTI since 2021. He has been working as a government trainee for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science since 2019. During his traineeship he worked on the design and evaluation of legislation and policy in various policy areas, including the educational disadvantage policy and subsidy schemes for monuments. He also shaped the policy of various advisory and implementation organizations within central government.

Jeffrey studied Nanobiology at Delft University of Technology and Erasmus University (2012-2019). He also studied philosophy of medicine at Erasmus University, graduating in the use of metaphors in the natural sciences to understand life, and took additional courses on communication process design at TU Delft.
